Young Women Leading the Way: Creative Leadership, Gender Transformative Approaches, and Expanding Civic and Political Spaces
Empowering girls and young women with the capacity, confidence, and connections to meaningfully participate in their communities is essential to transforming gender norms and building a pipeline of women to influence civic and political spaces. Young women are taking the lead globally in developing innovative ways to engage girls and young women, including through sport and play, the arts, and girl-led programming.
